Ian and his workmate came to fix a jammed exterior lock. Apparently a common easy to fix problem. I was so impressed with the work, I got them to give me a quote for a more complicated job. The pricing was reasonable so the next week Ian came back and did that work. I'm very impressed with both the quality of work and pricing so that I would highly recommend Armstrong for security work.

The guy came out to my car and not only was able to cut me a couple of obscure replacement keys, provided some help to resolve a problem with the latch on the car door. In addition to the sound recommendations made by all locksmiths, Phil at Armstrong was able to identify things that the other locksmiths didn’t and provided a comprehensive explanation which I appreciated. Work was completed in a timely manner, even after their office premises were affected by the flood. I was happy to wait but they still prioritised us as their customers. Highly recommend.
