Anton was amazing in helping me with a very affordable option of a remote and key replacement for my vehicle.. Firstly I phoned around to other local places but was most impressed and happy with Armstrong Smarter security's pricing and services of their great friendly staff. Anton also provided an affordable battery replacement which I felt was too affordable but am greatful and he also gave a key code and put it on my key ring for next time if I need a replacement the code for new key cut is available. Such WONDERFUL service, this morning. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but what FANTASTIC service he gave. My 88 year old Dad is thrilled to bits with the key that was identified, cut and put on a key ring today. It's hard to get great service, and kudos to you and your company!!!

Very happy with the service received from Anton at Armstrong Te Rapa. I was still waiting on insurance approval when I called initially, and was so grateful for the information Anton provided. Managed to save a lot by removing locks ourselves and taking them in to the branch - it turns out insurance was approved, but I was so grateful to be given the option to keep costs down in a time of uncertainty and I will never forget how much you helped me in a time of need. Also loved meeting young Jay Jay - dogs have a way of bringing joy even in the worst of times. Thank you all very much.

I recently hired Armstrong Security to reset our alarm system and reconfigure our electronic lock after we moved into a new house. I was very impressed by the quality of service and professionalism of their technician, Anton. Anton arrived on time and greeted me with a smile. He was polite, courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. He explained to me what he was going to do and how long it would take. Anton worked efficiently and skillfully, completing the job, tested the alarm system and the electronic lock several times to make sure they were working properly. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the wife and I definitely feel more secure in our new home. Anton did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. Exceptional service provided by Will. Repaired the lock in 15 min and very nominal charges. They have excellent staff who guides the customer correctly and not just try to make money in every deal. It was Anton & Peter who took out time and explained everything in details without just hurrying up on things. Highly recommended!!

Needed a key cut, but did not have the original. Had a chat over the phone with a really helpful staff member who explained I could get a key cut to code. Went in today to get it done, the whole process was quick and easy. Looks like the shop has just changed hands - one of the new owners came over and had a chat while I was waiting. Very friendly and happy to help. Will be using these guys again for sure.
