After losing my key at the beach I reached out to Armstrongs Orewa. The team schedule time in their busy calendars for the very next day. Even though the after market alarm made programing the new key almost impossible the locksmith only focused on finding a solution, go well above the call of duty and after two day ls of problem solving they had me back on the road. When it comes to Google review nowadays, these kinds of shop without many Google reviews is actually more trust worthy. There are too many business asking for Google reviews and sometimes even with a discount voucher. Unfortunately, a lot of people would fall for that and would end up just having an Okay service. Unusually don't go the place with a hell lot of good reviews. I prefer those ones staying a long time in the business and with few bad reviews. A lot of the time, when a service is good, people normally don't leave a comment. Most people would just leave a comment voluntarily when a service is really bad. Or when a staff ask them to do so. Obviously, I am in the latter situation. MO (or Raju) is very patient and very smart at what he is doing, he is very honest and trustworthy. I am actually very surprised at how patient and how calm and how careful when he's fixing my ignition. I would think he would be a very good friend to have in life as well. Very appreciated.
