Came in recently to ask whether I could get a spare key for the the window lock at home for which I lost the key. Carl knew exactly which key I was after he even knew the key number 😊. Carl tried to locate a key in the store but was unable to find one. He took down my number and I got a call from him later that day to say he was able to track one down. Carl got me 2 spare keys in the end. Carl's customer service and focus is flawless 🙏.

7:30 am our business could not be unlocked - called a number of Locksmiths without success - called Armstrong and they answered immediately and organised a technician from their East Tamaki branch - he quickly opened the offending lock and refurbished it - absolutely great service and a very reasonable cost.
I had a terrible experience at Mr Minit in Pakuranga so decided to go to Armstrongs who I thought would be more expensive. I got super friendly instant service and the price was WAY cheaper only $13 for a car key cut from my blank and Mr Minit were going to charge $40, they even came to my car and checked it worked, very professional, highly recommended!!
We got outdoor cameras set up for the house. It was very easy and quite friendly service. They reply quite quickly and sort out any issues that come up. Everything was done through email so I didn't even have to visit the physical store.
